At our Blue Ridge project, the view across Puget Sound is only one part of the home’s history. The owner’s mother spent her teenage years here, giving the renovation a rare sense of continuity. Brio carried that connection forward by pairing inherited pieces and cherished architectural details with contemporary furnishings, expressive lighting, and richly layered materials. Blue threads through the rooms in shifting tones, echoing the water outside and tying old and new together. The home now belongs fully to another generation while retaining the memories that make it singular.
