Capitol Hill Renovation
Design & Styling: Brio Interior DEsign

When longtime clients found a larger home in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, they invited Brio to shape its next chapter. The main living spaces were renovated and furnished as a whole, with custom cabinetry, flooring, lighting, drapery, and art bringing texture and continuity from room to room. At the heart of the home, the kitchen pairs careful craftsmanship with a quiet sense of innovation: an induction cooking surface disappears into the countertop, preserving its uninterrupted lines. Every layer was considered in relation to the architecture and to the people who live here, creating a home that feels polished, warm, and distinctly their own.
