When longtime clients purchased a larger home in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, they invited Brio Interior Design to reimagine it from the ground up. The project included a full renovation of the main living spaces and complete furnishings, creating a home that feels contemporary, sophisticated, and deeply connected to its architecture.

Custom cabinetry, new flooring, lighting, furnishings, drapery, artwork, and accessories were layered throughout the home, while the kitchen became the centerpiece of the renovation with seamlessly integrated technology, including an invisible induction cooking surface that preserves the clean lines of the island. The result is a refined Seattle home designed for modern living without compromising warmth or character.
