Designed in 1908 by British architect Frederick Sexton, this Volunteer Park home is a singular expression of Colonial Revival architecture. Its Palladian window, Ionic columns, wraparound porch, and decorative garland reveal a delightfully eclectic spirit. Brio reimagined the home for a family of five, honoring those original details while bringing more light and ease to daily life. An enclosed porch became a sunlit place to gather beside the kitchen, where a copper range and vivid tiffany quartzite lend warmth and personality. Throughout the house, color and pattern mingle with antique, vintage, and custom furnishings. The result is grand yet inviting: a richly detailed work of art made for living.
